Terms of Sales

Preamble :


Use of the websitewww.StopAttack.com, irrevocably implies that you have read it,
understood and accepted the general conditions below.


If not: do not use this site. Otherwise, read the following:

Art.1 - Purpose


The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the
parties, relating to the online sale of StopAttack products, offered exclusively on this site.

 

 

Art. 2 – Products/Prices


Products: the products offered for sale by the seller are those which appear on the site, on the day of
consultation by the user, and within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied
of a description established by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure similarity.

Art. 3 – Registration and validation of the order

Art. 4 – Delivery


For all available items, shipping time is currently 20 calendar days from

Art. 5 – Right of withdrawal

Art. 7 – Guarantee

of sending. The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee, for any lack of conformity existing at the time
of the delivery of his item, if he did not know it or was not supposed to know of the defect at the time of

In this case, the buyer may demand either the repair of his item or its replacement and, if neither
of these solutions is possible, an adequate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract, within the

notifies the seller in writing at the latest within 10 calendar days, from the day on which he noticed
the failure. After this period, the buyer can no longer demand repair or replacement of his item.
The costs of preparing and sending the order, as well as the management costs, remain due in case
the buyer asserts his right to return all or part of his order. Management fees: 15 euros
(Taxes included).

 

 

Art. 8 – Protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.
 

The provision of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is
mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders, as well as
only for the preparation of invoices. This information is strictly confidential. The lack of
information implies the automatic rejection of the order. The buyer can at any time have
access to this data or request rectification (free of charge), by sending a letter or email
accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of their identity card. Additional information
concerning the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data
can be obtained from the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000
Brussels.

Art.9 – Intellectual property


All elements of the seller's site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the seller.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even
partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound, without authorization

Art.10 - Miscellaneous


Force Majeure: the seller will not be responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its
obligations under this contract, if this non-performance is caused by an event
constituting force majeure, in particular the presence of computer viruses, in the event of disruption or
total or partial strike in particular of postal services, means of transport, and/or communications,
flood, fire…

Will be considered as force majeure, events meeting the criteria set by the
jurisprudence.

Partial non-validity: If one or more clauses of these general conditions of sale are
held to be invalid, or declared as such, in application of a law, a regulation, or following a
final decision of a competent court, all other clauses will remain valid.
Entire contract: these general conditions of sale and the order summary
transmitted to the buyer form a contractual whole and constitute the whole of the relations
contractual agreements entered into between the parties. In the event of a contradiction between these documents, the
general conditions of sale will prevail.


Applicable law – Competent jurisdictions: these general conditions of sale and the relations
contractual agreements between the seller and the buyer are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the
courts of the judicial district of Brussels will have jurisdiction, unless there are legal provisions
publicly binding.
